Hello June

What a whirlwind of a month with school ending and Summer beginning.  It's also the calm before the storm of visitors to our small island town.

Last day of school called for water fun in our clothes.

The beginning of the year saw lots of tears about going to dance and by the end she LOVED it.

This amazing month also brought us the arrival of my newest nephew James Alexander.

Olivia and I got a girls night out to watch her cousin dance.  She was totally captivated the entire 3 hours and exclaimed, "they are the goodest dancers."  Gotta love a 4 year olds perspective and vocabulary.

Halloween 2018

We Halloweened hard last month and as sad as I am to see October go, now we can start preparing for all things Christmas! Olivia wanted to start putting up Christmas decorations yesterday!

Franks Do Disney

The Franks did Disney and won’t do it again for a very looooooonnnnggggg time!
We originally booked the trip with Liv in mind and she loved every minute so in that regard it was a success but Emmy was a whole different story. Disney is not the spot to visit if you have a baby with her own agenda that doesn’t go with the flow. Our next vacation will be without kids and the next family vacation will be one where they provide babysitting if necessary and the only running is from the waters edge to my lounge chair.  Not chasing a tantruming child.
