29 Weeks: Pregnancy Update
Sleeping?
Still terrible. The first three hours are great but then I get up 3x to pee and have a hard time falling back to sleep each time.
Cravings?
Just food in general lately. I don't seem to ever feel full these days.
Weight gain?
At my appointment last night, the scale said 25 lbs total. Two weeks ago, it was only 19 lbs so apparently I packed on 6 lbs in two weeks. I need to lay off the food. I am guessing the daily croissant from Starbucks is not helping the cause.
Exercise?
For no reason in particular I haven't exercised, which I think has contributed to the recent weight gain. Until last weekend when I ran a mile race for fun, I hadn't run in over 3 weeks.
How is baby girl?
Dr says she has dropped already which is early but with your second the pelvic muscles aren't what they once were and is guessing she weighs between 3-4 lbs. Her heart rate was 154 last night and she is very active.
Symptoms?
Recent pelvic & rectal pressure, lower back pain and Braxton Hicks here and there. All most likely associated to her dropping.
Wedding Rings?
On but once the heat hits that will quickly change.
Belly Button?
Very out but no linea negra yet this time around.
Stretch Marks?
None that I have found.
